We want you to be happy with your order! Here’s how our return process works.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is defective, damaged, or misprinted
• You received the wrong item

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

• Incorrect sizing (please check the size chart before ordering)
• Change of mind
• General wear and tear

2. How to Start a Return

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photo(s) of the problem

Once we confirm the issue, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund to your original payment method.

3. Return Shipping

In most cases, you do not need to send the item back, especially for damaged or misprinted goods. If we request a return, we will provide the appropriate shipping details.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once approved. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued.
